SHIPPING POLICY
We ship daily Monday-Friday via Canada Post all over the world! We try to ship as soon as we get an order, but no longer than 5 business days.

You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your package is in the mail.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your new Muse purchase.
We will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed and FREE OF PET HAIR return purchased
from our online-store for a full refund.
There is no need to notify us when you send a return, please simply send your original packing slip with your return so that we know who the return belongs to.
As soon as we issue your refund, you will receive an automatic email notification.
We do not do exchanges.
Underwear are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
The cost of return shipping is not included with purchase.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN WITH XPRESSPOST
This will save you money on return postage! (and will save us duty on arrival too!)
For defects, please send us a quick phone picture of the problem to musebylauralye@icloud.com and we will take care of your issue right away.
How to Return to Us:
Please affix the label provided with your shipment and mail it back to us with the carrier of your choice (we prefer Canada post/USPS).
NO RA#, or annoying and time consuming return process with us (because who has time for that).
