SHIPPING POLICY
We ship daily Monday-Friday via Canada Post all over the world!
Please Note:
All Muse pieces are made to order with care in our Vancouver studio. Because of this, we ask that you allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.
Each garment is crafted intentionally, and we promise it’s worth the wait — thank you for supporting slow fashion and sustainable bamboo clothing.
You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your package is in the mail.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
At Muse, we want you to be 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, pet-hair-free items purchased through our online store.
There’s no need to notify us in advance — simply include your original packing slip with your return so we can identify your order and issue your full refund promptly. Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation by email.
We do not offer exchanges, and for hygienic reasons, underwear is non-returnable.
Please note: return shipping costs are not included.
Do not use Xpresspost — it will save you on postage, and save us duty fees upon arrival!
For Items with Defects
If you received a defective item, please email a quick photo of the issue to musebylauralye@icloud.com, and we’ll take care of it right away. We stand behind the quality of our sustainable bamboo clothing and want every woman who shops with us to feel confident and cared for.
How to Return Your Order
Please use the return label provided in your shipment and send the item back using the carrier of your choice — we recommend Canada Post or USPS for the most cost-effective and reliable service.
No RA# required, no complicated process — because who has time for that?
